This is some of my metal work.
Klingon Bowie
The blade is made of stainless steal and 12.5" long and a total of 19". The handle is made of aluminum and SS wire mesh.

The Batman Bowie
Made of the some materials as above. The blade is 12" and with handle it's a total of 20".

Sword
The blade is 23.5", with handle it's a total of 33". I used aluminum and brass for the handle.
